Legal notice, privacy, cookies and terms of sale for PRGL Studios. Plain words, no small print.

Privacy policy

Your data belongs to you. We only ask for what is essential, for the purposes we tell you about and nothing else. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and why

  • Contact form: name, email and message, to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent. We keep them for as long as the conversation lasts and for one year afterwards at most.
  • Free demo and launch alerts (“Notify me”): email, language and chosen game, to send you the demo and news about that game. Legal basis: your consent. Until you unsubscribe, using the link in every email or by writing to us.
  • Purchases: name, shipping address, email, phone number and order details, to handle your order, delivery, invoice and warranty. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations. We keep them for the periods required by law (generally up to six years).

We never see or store your card details: payments are processed directly by Stripe.

Who else can access your data

We do not sell or share your data. It is only processed on our behalf, under contract, by the providers that run the website: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Formspree (contact form) and the carrier that delivers your order. Some of them are based in the United States; in that case the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Minors

This website is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@prglstudios.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.

Cookie policy

This website does not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies, and it shows no cookie banner because it does not need one.

It only stores in your browser (local storage) what is essential for the website to work as you ask:

  • lang: the language you have chosen.
  • cart: the products in your cart.
  • demoLeads / notifyLeads: your demo or alert requests, only until they are sent.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may use technical security cookies to protect the website against attacks. All of these are strictly necessary and exempt from consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI). Fonts are served from our own domain, with no connections to third parties.

You can delete this data at any time from your browser settings. If we ever add tools that need your permission, we will update this policy and ask you first.

Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases on prglstudios.com. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and age

We sell board games intended for people aged 18 and over. By buying, you confirm that you are an adult. Images are for reference; the contents of each game are described on its page.

Prices, payment and confirmation

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is made on Stripe’s secure platform with the methods it offers. You will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship to [España peninsular / Baleares / Unión Europea]. The estimated delivery time is [3–5 días laborables] from payment confirmation. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. Write to hola@prglstudios.com with your name, order number and your decision to withdraw (you can use the model below). Send the product back in good condition within 14 days of telling us; return shipping costs are yours. We will refund everything you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method; we may wait until we receive the product.

Warranty

All products carry the legal three-year warranty from delivery against lack of conformity. If a game arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us with a photo and we will sort it out.

Downloadable demo

The free demo is for personal, non-commercial use. Selling or distributing it is not allowed.

Questions and complaints

Write to hola@prglstudios.com; we answer personally. You can also file a complaint with the consumer services of your region.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
